Absolutely love the layout and the feel. I would say that the garage can be very frustrating but i found a way to fix it on my own if the car elevator ever sticks. Aside from slight garage parking trouble, I love this place. Perfectly located in the heart of little Italy

On the day I was moving out, the garage system to the building got stuck again. This not only delayed my move, but also cost me more money since I was paying movers by the hour. I was able to get ahold of management fairly quickly, however to get a repair man out to fix it was another story. For the amount of times this system was/has broken they should have someone on site, but they don’t. It’s a monthly issue with the garage. Don’t be fooled by the beauty of the building or location. You can find something cheaper, just as nice, in little Italy, and never have to deal with this garage headache. Avoid this building at all costs.
