My boyfriend and I moved here a few months ago, and it's one of the best places we've ever lived. Any issues or concerns we have are resolved immediately, without us having to ask twice or any difficulties (ex. Needed door lock battery changed, Chris was there the same morning). Erwin and Ariana have been SO helpful and accommodating since the beginning. They're the main reason as to why we fell in love with this place and moved in. They even put together fun events for the tenants to attend and get to know each other, and it helps create a real, happy communal feel. It's the first place we've lived where we feel actually heard and respected. Living in such a beautiful, convenient location with awesome management makes living here like a dream. :)

I just want to start off by saying, the experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to Erwin (property manager). We recently moved to California from Wisconsin, a completely different environment. And very lucky to have met Erwin who has made the transition super easy, fulfilling and welcoming. I love the apartment and everything it has to offer. We were looking for something with a nice view of the mountains (specially because we don't have any in Wi) with a welcoming and safe neighborhood/environment. Erwin showed us exactly that. I love how safe and homey the neighborhood feels, the view is amazing, the area is very clean and welcoming, and the management is super helpful. Vintage at SLO has a lot to offer apart from just great apartments and services. A very nice pool and hot tub, very roomy and open floor plan, fitness center, barbecue station alongside the pool for a very nice vibe and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with cool architecture and modern apartments. And I definitely would recommend talking to Erwin, he is super helpful with everything, as he is one of the big reasons we chose Vintage at SLO!!
