This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises. Assistance Animals: Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act and Maryland law, animals that are properly verified as service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.

Just moved out after two years here. There are pros and cons, like anywhere else. I had a 2-bedroom, with a yard; kids and dogs. Cons: It's adjacent to the metro line, so if you're not a fan of that noise, it's not for you. Our apartment was right up on the tracks, with bedroom windows facing the trains. With the windows closed, you barely hear the metro/marc, but the freight trains and track repair vehicles are very loud. These pass much less frequently, but are during evening/overnight hours. It didn't bother the three of us at all, but if you're a light sleeper, it may. Pros: Many!! It's a 15-minute walk to the TP and SS metros, and a 2-minute drive to downtown SS. You can walk to a county park (right outside the entrance) and it has basketball, tennis, urban-length walking trails, etc. It's like its own little secluded island, where (apart from the trains) it's very serene and peaceful, even though you're in the best location, with everything right there. Even has community garden plots. Almost every neighbor I've interacted with has been amazing. The office staff are amazing. Most of my interactions were with Daijah Bacon, and I think whatever she's earning, they should give her a raise. Lovely to interact with, prompt, gets things done. Maintenance staff are also amazing. I submitted quite a few requests in my time, and the longest response time was probably 24 hours, and that was probably on a weekend. Very prompt, even for low-urgency requests. We loved it here. The only reason we left is due to the tenants who moved in above us. Every complex has a few bad seeds, and there's not much you can really do about it. If they hadn't moved in, we probably would have stayed at least several more years. The price is also great, considering the market, location, and excellent property management team. I would absolutely recommend it, especially for families. TP school district.
