We lived here for a few months and were very happy with the property. It’s louder near the playground (of corse) but besides that it was quiet, and well kept. The neighbors in the building I was in we’re very friendly and quiet. The only thing that was wrong is even though pet waste receptacles are provided there tends to be a lot of small dog poop. My kids tracked it in more than once. Other than that it’s a nice place to rent.
