I have lived here for almost 2 years and plan on renewing my lease again. Ever since the new ownership has taken over i have seen (and experienced) a lot if improvements. The maintenance staff has been amazing at addressing any issues that I have had almost immediately! I have read some of the other reviews and with 100% certainty can completely discredit anyone saying that the pool was closed all summer... I am a teacher and was at the pool almost every day. I know people are upset about not being able to bring their own alcohol but I can only assume that it probably has to do with the liquor license at The Goat... All in all I have seen a great improvement around the property - my emails always get answered, my maintenance request are addressed quickly and the people in the office are very personable.

Great apartments, maintenance & office staff. Community is very active, plenty of people walking their dogs and everyone has been friendly. Dog Owners: Very pet friendly, Doggy bag stations everywhere, tons of area to walk around in.
