Had a really positive experience living here everything was well-maintained and the amenities were certainly a plus. Only reason we left is because we had a corner unit that didn’t get much natural sunlight and the AC didn’t make it back to the master bedroom because of the layout design. Management was always very communicative, pleasant, and drama free.

Came to tour Edson House as it caught my eye visiting Downtown Oakland and I was not disappointed. From the popping orange exterior to the beautiful interior decor and welcoming staff, Edson House is an amazing find. Jacarre was such a wonderful agent and even accommodated us without an appointment. The units are top notch and are my new standard on my search even with all the options nearby. Take a tour and you will not be disappointed!
