There were lots of reason why Division Terrace first pulled me in the first place - brand new building along bike paths with new appliances, floor to ceiling windows all wrapped up in a fun neighborhood. You still get a sense of coziness of homes next to you with a city feel with shops and food options on the other side as well as being only a couple blocks away from the Clinton area and a roughly 10-15 minute walk to New Seasons. Meghan, the leasing agent, made the whole process feel so seamless. She was very communicative, thoughtful, and attentive every step of the way. I’ve been having such a great experience here ever since. Highly recommend!
