Greetings everyone,
I have been living in the beautiful Eleanor apartment with my family for the last 4 years. Eleanor apartment is the most safest and cleanest in the neighborhood and also the closest to daily needs like children's school and grocery store. Special thanks to Cathy, Lenore and Valentina, the leasing office managers. The leasing office is my youngest daughter's favorite place. Because they are always happy and encouraging my youngest daughter every time she sees them. They have such a warm relationship with their residents.

I am a current resident at Eleanor, and I have had an excellent experience with Valentina from the management team. Recently, I had a medical emergency and requested Valentina to send maintenance to shut off the room vents as the cool air from the AC was aggravating my cough. Valentina sent a maintenance team in less than five minutes. I am incredibly thankful for her quick and sensitive response.

I recently moved to the apartment and am really happy with my decision to move here. The whole leasing process and move in experience was very seamless thanks to the efforts of Valentina and Lenora. They were super helpful and all my requests were accommodated. I wanted to keep my luggage a few days before my lease began and it was accommodated.
Once I moved in, the apartment was very nicely cleaned. I had some minor requests which were immediately managed by the maintenance team. Jose from the maintenance team was of great help and very responsive.

We've lived at Eleanor since 2022 and have loved the amenities, cleanliness, quality of the apartments, and price of the complex. When our renewal offer came, we were pleasantly surprised that our rent wouldn't increase for the next year! In terms of price for the quality of the apartments, Eleanor is extremely competitive. Depending on the time of the year, they even offer concessions for lease renewals. Admittedly, we did have some hot water outages in 2023, but we have experienced a full year of no hot water outages at all since there was a major update to the hot water facilities in the building. What we love about Eleanor is the staff's dedication to finding permanent solutions to issues that come up. There was a pipe leak in 2022, but those units were completely fixed up and I haven't seen the new residents complain. Similarly, there has been no hot water outages since the major fixes. For the entire duration of our stay, we frequently see the maintenance staff throughout the week around the building, which is a huge plus compared to communities that don't have maintenance on site that often. We are sad to leave due to relocation for new jobs, but it's clear that the staff at Eleanor care about the tenants and ensure that the quality of your stay is great.

My family and I are glad to have visited Eleanor apartments. Valentina and Lenore have been of great help in finding our apartment at Eleanor.
Valentina went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment for our needs. From our initial meeting, she was incredibly attentive to my specific needs and preferences. Valentina patiently showed me several units, highlighting the unique features of each and answering all my questions with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
Lenore was incredibly organized and efficient, clearly explaining each step and ensuring I understood all the paperwork. Lenore patiently answered all my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed, and always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. She promptly scheduled the move-in inspection, ensured all necessary repairs were completed, and personally welcomed me on move-in day.
Even after I signed the lease, both Valentina and Lenore continue to provide excellent service.
