It is clear management cares about the needs of its residents, and wants to do the best job they can. For instance, a recent power outage caused the hot water to go out, however even thought it was Saturday, Michelle was in the office working hard to make sure the hot water was promptly restored (and it was). Basically, when problems do arise, management is right on it, and I don't have to worry about complaining or repeatedly calling someone. It is taken care of and unlike situations in the past where the property manager was literally impossible to get ahold of, this building is there when you need them and I appreciate that. I especially appreciate Roe, because she always asks me my opinion about what the company can be doing better and if I am happy. No other property I've lived in has ever had someone do that. I feel like I have a voice here and like management is really trying to put together a community.

Michelle is such a great help always willing to go the extra mile to help the tenants. Michelle was so helpful during the stressful time of covid and with helping my family get the rental relief we needed never stoped helping us. We just had a our air conditioner stop working and Michelle went above to make sure I had a replacement that day
