We pay for water, sewer, garbage. We also do the snow removal and lawn care. You are responsible for the electric (the average as of 4//13/22 is $115). The $115 average seems high to me, this apartment has boiler heat, and I wonder if the prior tenants instead of turning the thermostat up, they used space heaters which is why the average is higher than I would expect. If you have questions on the thermostat, let me know. Pets are accepted with a $500 pet deposit as well as $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
