Choosing Mandolin at Stream Valley was a no-brainer, and it's all thanks to Renae. From the get-go, her approach was straightforward and highly professional, making her a standout during my apartment hunt. Renae wasn't just about the sales pitch; she genuinely listened and worked with me to hash out terms that addressed all my concerns. Her flexibility and sharp negotiation skills played a huge part in why I picked this place over others. I'm absolutely loving my new spot, especially its location right by the highway. While some folks might not get it, hearing the powerful engines of cars, bikes, and trucks as they zoom past is a real treat for me. There’s something about those heavy exhaust sounds that just feels right—like being right in the middle of all the action without leaving home. Overall, my experience at Mandolin at Stream Valley has been stellar. Big thanks to Renae for making the process smooth and tailoring it to what I was looking for. Easily a five-star rating from me. If you appreciate a place with character and a bit of edge, this is where you need to be.

We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Mandolin Apartments. The sense of community here is something we truly love, and Renea and the team go above and beyond to maintain that feeling. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. The beautiful amenities, including the pool, gym and dog park make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy life. It’s also ideal for walking our dog, and the kids have so much room to run and play in the grassy areas around the community. Our only regret is not being able to live here longer due to a job relocation. Highly recommend Mandolin Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home. If you are local to the area none of this will come as a surprise but if you are thinking of relocating here I promise you wont be disappointed we moved in site unseen and they helped make the process seamless.
