This building combines modern, stylish elements with classic architectural details. Each apartment has its own entryway, designated parking, and unique layout and character. There are plenty of windows to bring in bright, natural light. Rooms are enhanced by natural wood, cork, and tile flooring. All units are smoke-free. There is an additional building on the property that provides shared storage for tenants of the building. Vergennes has local amenities, including local dining, farmers' markets, shopping, and recreational activities on the water -- all within walking, or a quick ride from your home. Centrally located, Vergennes offers an easy commute to Burlington and Middlebury. Available August 1st – Apt. 2 This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. The apartment has a sparkling kitchen, with a like-new energy-efficient stainless refrigerator, a stainless gas range/stove (with range hood venting to outdoors) that are complemented by solid wood custom cabinets. Tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom make for easy maintenance. There are warm wood and cork floors in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom includes a custom-tiled shower with rainfall shower head and handheld sprayer. The washer and dryer units are tucked conveniently inside a closet. There is a climate-friendly heating/cooling system installed for year-round comfort. Monthly rent is $1,750.00,which includes on-site parking, landscaping, snow removal, water and sewer. Utilities (natural gas, electricity, and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant. We require a one-year lease commitment. We will consider applicants who own pets. First month's rent, security deposit and applicable pet deposit are required at lease signing. There is no smoking in the building, or nearby, including cannabis.
