The house and the land around it get the sunrise and the sunset, both, on the days the weather allows. The porch is the morning seat. Inside: two bedrooms, an office, a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bath. It is furnished. You can arrive and live in it. It is two years old, built by a local Amish builder, and it has already been through two winters. Heat is propane, on a full tank. Hot water is tankless. Internet is Starlink. Six months or a year. $1,775 a month, locked for the term you book. Fuel is already bought. Trash and recycling go to the transfer station, and there is a credit for that. The whole farm is not open. The light and the quiet are.
