The main floor bedroom is large with a nice closet. The laundry room has a closet for storage and nice space for doing laundry. The laundry room leads to the second floor which is one large loft style bedroom. Central air, washer/dryer, stove and fridge furnished. Detached garage with additional off street parking, back yard could be fenced. Small front yard. This house is a little bit odd in the fact there is a house in the alley, this making the back yard very small. The back neighbor also has their mailbox on the garage, so they will get their mail and packages right next to the garage. Because the water for both houses are connected, we pay the water, sewer and garbage at this house. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Basement does not have egress windows so it is not be an extra bedroom. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
