The maintenance guy Rusty is awesome. When ever we needed maintenance or repair work done he got it done within 24 hours even on weekends.

Everything was great except every time you turn around Carter lake police dept pulled you over. I had intransitive on my car they pulled me over, to see if they were good. You could see they were. Kennedy the police Sargent use to evil eye me all the time I live there 5 yrs. I was never in trouble or cause any problem. Peggy was very nice manager in that park.
