My family is new to the community. Before leasing, and for the first few days following, we had inquired with any residents we met about their experience. We have had the pleasure of meeting those who have been residents of just a few months, to over a year. The word we keep hearing is “amazing”. And, so far, my family agrees! Beautiful apartment, beautiful clubhouse and pool, gated, incredible views, happy neighbors, friendly manager, staff, maintenance…what more can you ask for!

I love the amenities that they have. My apartment is great, tons of storage space, quiet neighbors, and I love the elevators. The maintenance team has been very responsive to work request, and I feel like it is an overall safe community. They are doing a better job with getting involved with the residents (have a lot of events/food vendors come by). There are issues with the mail sometimes but I feel like that’s on the delivery services. And entering Clements Ferry is treacherous at times but with some patience or by exiting right and making a U-turn it can be done. It would be a huge win to get a light added at that junction.

Emily is awesome. If you’re looking for an apartment Emily is the girl. Apartments are beautiful. Great location and service oriented. I was very impressed. Also property is clean and love the screen porch. Thank you

I've lived here two months and I'm never leaving. Beautiful ,spacious grounds. Great effort put into gardens, landscape are breathtaking. The Wando river tributaries expand at high tide and the view from my porch is so lovely. Wild life abounds. Just saw my first Wood Stork. Maintenance is equally great. Minor problem with ice maker...plumber was at my door within minutes..with follow up call next day. Administration is helpful and friendly with an abundance of patience. And my apartment beautiful spacious well planned out . What a kitchen. Wonderful experience.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 months now and I love it. Everything from the beginning has been great, from the leasing process with Emily, who is incredibly helpful!!! To my move in, and any issues I have are handled immediately and professionally. I really enjoy the complex and the amenities are a bonus! Thankful to live here!

LOVE it here!! Feels like a resort! The only suggestion I have is that they get a cable machine in the gym, if they add that , the gym is all you need to get your full workout in! All the amenities are unreal.
