Nice sized place for this area. They're typically easygoing if you're responsible and communicate well. They can be flexible if need be and are willing to listen to any issues you have. The management has done a lot of work to keep the neighborhood upstanding with a friendly atmosphere. I've lived here for years. You also can't undervalue the nearby park that connects via the bridge to the river, all within 5 minutes walk. The tunnels cool too. There's so much I can say...
