I like it here. Apts are nice and clean. Maintenence , Ramon is very kind and helpful , as are his staff. Sandra the mgr. Is gracious and helpful. No recreations available in this complex for seniors, or outings. No pool, no air cond. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Air heaters with thermometers. 2 ceiling fans. Rent is ok compared to others. Place is kept clean and we have a lovely courtyard to sit in. Some balconies or small back yard. Garages and parking spaces, not all available. Overall, its nice and mostly quiet and very safe. Shopping center just feet away. That's a plus too! If you drive there are lots if places to go to. Many restaurants,churches, library, park etc.Walking is fun and easy .
