When we visited I couldn’t believe the feeling of the small town so close to all the amenities we are used to in the nearby cities. Nothing was overlooked in this beautiful home setting. Each apartment is so impeccably decorated with nothing missing. We loved the ability to use the common family room areas, library, dining room, private family space and the have access to use the large kitchen that is exquisite. All of this and we can take our small dog along!! This area needed something just like this!

Stress-free move-in, convenient location, ideal apartment for commuters and short term stay. Elm Haven Place located in the heart of historic downtown Elmwood in Central Illinois — just 20 minutes drive to Peoria and 30 minutes to Galesburg. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom, and bed were ready-to-go on the day I moved in, and a good size for my family of three. Safe and quiet small town vibe, just 3 minutes walk to local restaurants, the pharmacy, a gas station, and a grocery store. Love cycling the country roads outside of town during warm months, with beautiful landmark farms to discover every mile.
