Enjoy the large updated eat-in kitchen and the open large living room. This home offers both comfort and functionality with plenty of room for storage. We are pet-friendly! We do require a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (covers up to 2 pets) due prior to move in, and $50/pet/mo pet rent. There is a $100 Utility Fee which includes: - Water - Heat - Lawn Care - Trash - Common area maintenance Move-in amount required: - $800 Security deposit - $700 1 full months rent + $100 utility fee - $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (if applicable) + $50/pet monthly pet rent - $1600 total ($1950 with 1 pet) ***WARNING*** There are many online scammers trying to steal money from renters like you.
