I've lived here for 2 years and it was the best decision I made. The staff is prompt, they keep you updated consistently, their amenities are good, and maintenance is prompt. My neighbors were pretty quiet and for those reviews who had loud neighbors, you can call for a noise complaint and it will get settled. For those who talk about the homeless, they are less of a concern than your loud neighbors. If homeless people are your concer then request the second or third floor because I never ran into homeless people in the complex. I dont typically write reviews, but im in the process of moving and I now see how helpful to others it is to do so lol.

I have lived at the Plaza Apartments for a little over three years beginning in the summer of 2014. I have really enjoyed my stay here for quite a few reasons. First, Amanda is amazing and awesome to work with. The maintenance team is great, they are always quick to resolve any issues and do a great job. The property is maintained very well and is always clean and organized. The management company takes great care of its residents and is very helpful and polite. Lastly, this place is a great deal for everything that you get and is honestly the best value that you will find. I have really enjoyed my stay here as a resident. It has been a pleasure living here!
