Lived here for two years and it was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Beatriz, the manager, is kind and professional and a really great person to deal with. Pretty nice neighborhood. Never felt unsafe walking dog late at night. Great neighborhood for dogs! Lots of very friendly dog owners! Perfect apartment if you have a senior dog as there are no stairs. Possibly the easiest apartment to move into also due to there being no stairs, just flat ground until the elevator. AMAZING KITCHEN!! If you cook a lot, you'll be in heaven! The fan is perfect! I cooked a 12lb lechon and deep fried so many times and the place always smelled fresh. I love the counter space too! You will be spoiled! Good luck finding a better kitchen setup! All appliances are amazing modern marvels. Dishwasher: amazing Washer/Dryer: amazing Smart thermostat: amazing Fast internet! THE VIEWS ARE GORGEOUS! Huge windows perfect for watching sunsets. I would've loved living here longer. Nicely located. Clean design. Neighbors are really cool. Never had any issues! 10min bike ride to Venice Beach. So nice!
