I’ve been living at Sedona Pointe for 6 years now. I would say they run a tight ship here, which might annoy some people, but I like it because it makes for a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable place to live. The gates help to keep out people who have no reason to be at the apartment complex. All utilities, including a good DirecTV package AND fast internet, are included in the rent, so I have just one predictable bill to pay each month. The grounds are kept clean and looking nice. I rarely see a bug in my apartment. Office manager Rebecca is friendly and attentive as are the staff. Last but not least, the maintenance crew fixes things in a timely manner and they always make sure repairs are done right. I think Sedona Point is a great place to live.
