I have been living at Xenia for 3 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It took one tour with the help of Jake and I was ready to sign the lease. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests (they even helped put my curtains up and mounted my tv). The amenities are top-notch, including gym, pool, community lounge, grilles, rooftop and the work station, which make living here feel like a luxury. The complex is always clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is perfect, with easy access to, public transportation, shopping centers. Overall, I highly recommend Xenia Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Having recently relocated to MN I could not be happier with my new luxury apt! Jennifer made me feel right at home and went above and beyond. The finishes are amazing and you can tell no expense was spared. Just outside are walking, biking trails and trendy West End is like a 5 min walk. I love it here!
