We just moved in, but as Eaton Fire evacuees we are so grateful to the team, particularly Joshua De Castro, for being so kind to us and efficient in getting us housed in such an amazing location, close to Metro, our son's schools and workplace. Amazing neighbors, views, staff like Joshua, and amenities.

If I could give them more stars, I would! As someone that has moved a few times already Avalon Monrovia has been THE MOST seamless experience. I stumbled upon this place accidentally, and it was the best decision that I could have ever made. The entire team including Patrick, Juan, Matt, Diana, and Trevor have been so accommodating and are always there to greet us with a smile! They truly are the reason why the Avalon felt like home... Any concerns that we had throughout our time here has been addressed timely and in the most professional manner. The property is well maintained and kept clean at all times. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and the building is located conveniently off the 210 in old town Monrovia. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but you need to go see so for yourself. Avalon Management... if you are reading this Juan, Patrick, and Matt deserve recognition for all that they do to keep us residents happy. We have recommended so many loved ones to Avalon and will continue to do so.
