We lived in the bailey school lofts for 2 years and had a pretty good experience. The lofts are GORGEOUS. They are expensive but they are some of the nicest lofts in Springfield. Most things brought up were taken care of, management was very quick to act on people not picking up their dog poop. Security did come fairly quickly if you call. Since it’s north Springfield there are some sketchy people, but the sign in the parking lot and the passcode to get in helped for sure. The parking lot did have some sketchy guests so we were just careful of that. The maintenance men were so nice and helpful, although we had very minimal requests since the lofts are pretty recently remodeled. We really liked how it’s a very quiet building. Lots of older couples and families instead of kids partying. Surprisingly also our electric bill was the lowest out of all the places we’ve rented which we expected the opposite due to the high ceilings. You do have to decide if you want to renew your lease very early (6 months into lease) but Lindsey worked with us when we were open and honest about our moving situation and gave us some extra time which we really appreciated. We moved out due to buying a house, but we loved our loft and will miss it. Great place!

I absolutely love living here. Me and my partner are both students so it is in great proximity to campus. The architecture is totally our dream and all of the amenities such as the dog park make this place a perfect place to live. All of our neighbors are friendly and helpful😁
