I've been here over a year and the recent changes have been needed. It so good to see the new management taking charge and making changes, I was thinking of moving but now I will be renewing thanks to Patrice she has made this home for me.

I have lived here at Sonhana since July 2022. It’s a wonderful place to live. Don’t judge the area. Everywhere in this world there is danger. It’s the people you rent from here. Jonnie the property manager is a wonderful soul and cares about her people, and Ken the maintenance is quick to fix an issue as soon as the next day. I personally haven’t had any issues the only thing was my shower drain clogging from all my partners hair lol If your looking for something clean and secluded, cheaper then anywhere else and still close enough to walk to down town or ride a bike (30min) than this place is for you. Also comes with a nice maintained pool, gym, dog park and office room. Love the gate for security as you enter. Just all around a great place to start and live. 💁🏻♀️🥰 I re-newed my lease again so I’ll still be here for a while. Love it.
