Felt compelled to leave a review because I saw so few. Lived here for almost two years now - it's pretty nice, great location. Super short commute to redline, right near the beach, pools a really nice thing to have. I live in a 1br with my fiancee - it's not huge but certainly big enough. Repairs have always been quick. No issues with neighbors. Not sure what happened with other people who reviewed - if they truly had a bad overall experience or just an isolated event - but was surprised to see anything below 3. For what it is it's a pretty great place at a decent value.
