Each unit has its own furnace and central air conditioning unit. You pay for your own utilities, so you're not sharing with anyone else! We are pet friendly with a $40/month premium per dog and $25/month per cat. No large pet deposits. We don't charge an application fee until we're actively working on your application and have an apartment ready for you! Our general screening includes: Three times the monthly rent in income ($12.25/hour full time) No sexual offenses. No felonies in the last 5 years. No evictions in the last 7 years.
