Tori was an amazing manager and made my stay as pleasant as it could be! With Covid and the freeze, our financial situation got really bad and she was very helpful/understanding. The location is very convenient too as it’s next to the river. The buildings are kind of old, so if you are super high maintenance expecting everything brand new then this is probably not the right place. I would say the rent price is pretty fair for the big space, location, and backyard! There’s always going to be problems everywhere you go, but what’s important is how they handle them when they arise. As long as you communicate with her and do your part, you will be fine! There is a reason you see many great reviews specifically about Tori! She is legit. I will say the maintenance team could use some work, but again, Tori will make sure it gets resolved once she is aware. For sure, the best complex manager we have had so far.

I’ve lived at the Curve for almost a year and I honestly love the community and the staff. The maintenance guys are awesome! They have been able to take care of the situation immediately no matter how big or small the job was. I also want to say Tori the manager is wonderful! She has always been available and helpful when needed. I have left bed in several of the complexes in the area and I actually feel at home here!!!!
