A nice gated community with lively neighborhood and more than enough amenities. The apartment have spacious hall and room as well as a well furnished kitchen. A nice place to be as an international student as majority of the residents are international student đŸ™Œâœ¨.

I have been a resident of the Fredrick Apartments since August. My overall experience have been amazing. The living rooms are very spacious and we get a lot of light. The cupboards could be a little bigger though. The management and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is especially impressive and they they respond pretty quickly to the requests. The location is the best part. It is a convenient 30 mins walk from the campus. There is a Trader Joe and grocery shops, restaurants, bus stops a short walk away. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended!
