I am completely new visiter to Georgia. Trying to find apartment in Duluth is not big deal but whenever I made appointment to other apartment, it was not easy to get a impressive feedback of not only facilities but personnel in leasing office. When I came in this apartment, I got a very kind and sincere support for future tenant. Nothing about facilities to be shared because everything was perfect. Even though my family should wait a few days for application approval, really happy to be residence in Gables Sugarloaf.
I recently scheduled a tour here and from my experience the community looks amazing. I’ve lived in the area for 10+ years and would recommend it. Upon further research I have discovered that the property’s negative reviews are a result of property management which appears to have had major changes. I was greeted by Ja’Nae when I arrived, who knew my name when I walked in the door. I was able to see amenities in the process of being serviced which was a positive sign. My tour of the unit was with Eboni who demonstrated professionalism & reassurance. In addition, the community was clean & quiet.

I had an awesome experience with Ja’Nae. When I went to visit, this was one of the last properties I was going to see before I sat down to make a decision on where I wanted to live. I had been looking for a place for almost a year cause I knew I wanted to leave my current apartment, and I like to be prepared and have options. I had a good tour and was given all the information I needed. I chose this community due to the spacious apartment being available when I needed it, the amenities, location, and the service I received. Everyone knows that moving is a hassle. It’s so many small details that we don’t realize we have to take care of to get the process moving. Well, Ja’Nae made this one of the easiest processes ever. Once my application was done, approved, and deposit paid, she made sure I had everything else I needed by sending me and email with ALL the information I needed to handle and she sent the people to me!!
It was such a load off my shoulders cause I’m super busy with working 2 jobs and barely having enough time for myself. She answers her emails and even her written tone is pleasant, just like talking to her in person. With her help, I have everything completed and just waiting to walk the home, and pay my move in costs. I have yet to see what it will be like to live on this property (PRAYING ITS GREAT) and will be sure to update or make a new review once I’ve giving it some time. I will say though, if my stay is anything like the service I received so far, it’s going to be amazing to say the least. Fingers crossed!

I’ve been living here for about a year and I just gotta day it been INCREDIBLE! I move from Miami Beach and I couldn’t be happier. The neighborhood is quiet the parking is spacious, the people are nice, the kids are super friendly even to my 2yo. The pool is awesome. Everything about this place is amazing. The people in the leasing office are super friendly and on point. Danielle was out leasing agent and helped us all the way from Miami to find our place. Now it’s time to renew and she found us another apt same community. Brittney and Janet are also a ray of sunshine. I mean they sometimes go above and beyond the call of duty for my packages. I’m talking about “hey I know it’s 7pm and the office is closed but I really need my package...no problem come to the office in 10m. I’m situated right next to the pool, gym, business center. And the basketball courts are on the opposite side. The stairs are next to my apartment. No I don’t hear everyone coming up. I do however hear my sons father come home. It’s not as noisy as one might think. The only 2 problems I have is the mosquitos in the playground during summer, and people not paying attention to the stop sign next to the mail. But we’ve had no water leaks only air leaks but maintenance nipped that quickly. The bugs? I grew up in Florida I call them pets. Like I literally had a fight to the death match with a hornet last weekend. But I was Victor. It’s all good. I love the courtesy trash pickup sun-thurs. such a lifesaver when you’re plopped on the couch after a looong day. Kroger is in walking distance. As in the concert center, bbt, Sugarloaf mills, chick-fil-a, arena tavern, among other places. Other than that I love living here and every chance I get I recommend this place to all my friends and family who are currently moving out of Florida. Referral fee is $400. There’s literally no down side to living here. Let me add that I’ve had my family and friends come up to stay and they all say the same thing. “This place is amazing for the price!” Come check it out and mention on my name. 😉

I’m completely in love with this community from the residents to the fur babies! The atmosphere and culture in this community make my job and home exciting! Thank you to my wonderful colleagues and residents for supporting my journey. Thank you for allowing me to “Take care of the place WE live”
I was blessed to tour this Community with Gabby, recently. Very quiet atmosphere, the grounds were WELL KEPT, a GREAT Fitness Center, and there is an overall FEEL GOOD about the place. Hopefully this property has a unit available when I am ready to apply.

Eboni was a wonderful leasing consultant! This was one of the best experiences i’ve had with an apartments leasing office. I was looking for a one bedroom apartment and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, she did her absolute best to answer and make sure I was well taken care of. The apartments itself was very modern and pretty well taken care of from what i’ve seen. Although they do not have washer/dryer, these are one of the better complexes I have seen around the area for a good price. Definitely debating leasing here.
