I lived here for exactly 1 year and was happy with my apartment and service provided. Gabriela, who I believe is the Office Manager, helped me with questions throughout the year, and is extremely nice and always helpful. Great price and location. Lease was month to month which is also a benefit.

I've lived here almost 8 years, I had a few issues the first couple months, but after getting new management it's be great. All managers since have been great especially Manager Gabriella she's been superb, She has always been professional and has answered all questions and issues I've had she goes above and beyond at times when needed. Our maintenance is professional with all issues I've had as well. I have great neighbors as well. If ever asked from anyone I would recommend Oceana Apartments in a flash.. 5stars plus. Thank you Sharon
