I'm still new here, but so far so good. Jonathan was a big help with the move-in process and answered my questions quickly (and I had a decent number of them). When I arrived, the space was very clean including the interiors of the kitchen appliances and bathroom. There were a couple small maintenance issues, but I haven't dropped the grade since they were resolved within two hours of making the office aware of them. One small note for prospective tenants: consider declaring your home a shoes-off space right away, because some of the blacktop tar in the hot outdoors can track onto the floor and become a bit difficult to clean. If there's ever a need, I can return here to update the review for a larger sample size of time here, but so far so good.

I've been living here for a year on a 2nd floor unit with hardwood flooring everywhere. Overall it's a good place for what you're paying.. if you want the lux experience you can just design your interior as such because overall it's neat. The main issues I see are people not picking up after their dogs and cops/ambulances randomly whizzing by late at night.. but that's not something management can necessarily control so it's not on them.. Overall if you're a guy/gal like me that's out and about living their life and just wants to come home to a neat place that is generally secure, this is a good place for that. Haven't had any mice or bug issues besides just one roach.
