I recently moved into a 2-bedroom x 2-bathroom unit at Rise: Trailside. I absolutely love it here! There's a reason this community has significantly better reviews than every other community in the Glendale area. This has been my experience: The property manager, Miryam, is wonderful. She is an incredibly kind person, while also maintaining her professionality. I was in an unfortunate situation, and needed to find a place within the week. I met with Miryam on a Friday afternoon and was able to move-in the following Monday. She was informative, knowledgeable, and did everything in her power to rush my application and get me into a home. Miryam contacts her residents directly, with updates and info, which makes communication easy and stress-free. I truly can not thank her enough. She is the only property manager I've ever worked with who actually cares for her residents. The maintenance team has also been excellent. Clint, the lead maintenance technician, is professional, personable, and has done a phenomenal job with the very few maintenance issues I have had. He has gone out of his way to send me updates on every issue, and I appreciate that endlessly. The residents here are in good hands. Every neighbor/tenant I have met here has been kind and welcoming. All entrances and exits are closed and locked, once operating hours have ended. The complex is gated and requires a code for entry. 6ft+ tall walls surround the entire community. These factors create a very quiet and safe atmosphere. The unit was recently renovated, and cleaned thoroughly before my move-in. All appliances are modern and function properly. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and there's a washer/dryer in-unit. Flooring and paint both appear new. The place looks like it's never been lived in before. I can not say enough good things about this community. All of the friends/family I have brought here are now looking to move in. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I HIGHLY recommend Rise: Trailside. A special Thank You to Miryam and Clint, you have both been awesome!

I like this community all is neat and clean, lady on they Office Miryam is Nice she is always with a smile un her face, i enjoy the pool in this hot days, maintenance is the Best, i recommend this community 100% is very safe al Gates are closed after hours..... oh also is fee of roaches i love it!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
