I lived in Pittsfield Apartments for one year. I had the best experience here. It was my first apartment in Chicago. Rent was affordable given its prime location in the Loop and easy access to highways. Amenities were lacking, there were not any shared building amenities (such as gym, workspaces, etc), and my apartment did not have a dishwasher or a garbage disposal. With that said, the lack of amenities was the only negative aspect of this apartment building. The staff was friendly and kind. I always felt safe due to 24/7 security and front desk staff. The elevators were incredibly fast and always seemed readily available. The maintenance was unreal, they came to fix any problems the same day they arose. I absolutely loved living at Pittsfield Apartments and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relatively affordable apartment in Downtown Chicago.

We enjoyed living at Pittsfield Apartments for two years. The location was very clean, the people were super friendly, and Milos, the property manager, was very professional every time we needed something. We highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a great experience in downtown Chicago.
