I have been here 5 months. I can highly recommend Tuscany Oaks. I asked maintenance to turn up the water temperature. Five hours later maintenance came to take care of it. I reported that my mail box was broken. Three hours later someone came to fix it on a Friday afternoon. Since I moved in I have not seen a single bug. The grounds are always clean. Parking is never a problem. This is a very pleasant place to live.

I have lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed my time here so far. The group in the leasing office is always polite and willing to help and the maintenance crew always has everything fixed withing a day or two. Overall great place to live.
