I have been a resident for almost a month and I love my place, this is the second time I moved in since I used to lived here a while ago. Shannon and the maintenance team are awesome and always very helpful. Not sure why people complaint about the property since there is no perfect community anywhere, I just enjoy my community, and keep my place in good shape and clean. The maintenance team and management do their best to keep up the property. 🙏🏼

UPDATE 1 year later and I am still just as in love with Villa Piana and I was last year. Shannon and her entire team are TOP notch. Everyday I am so glad I chose this complex to call home. I would agree with a previous review about the office team, they are just so incredible and always so welcoming and friendly.They made me feel so at home from the moment I walked in. When I was looking, I was a little hesitant because some of the negative reviews but frankly I just found them to in not true, not one single thing they was reported in the negative reviews has been part of my experince. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home at Villa Piana - literally its paradise. I just can't believe how amazing its been. Super convenient to everything I need.... airports, stores and shopping. Its very quiet, I am in a 2nd floor unit and its so quiet I hear nothing. Its safe and secure, even the parking garage is CLEAN. I have all the amenities one could need or want. The pool and gym are perfect. I have been in the community for 2 weeks and have YET to find anything that isn't perfect. If there is a issue they have it fixed immediatly. Shannon and Rebecca are so accomodating. If you are looking for the perfect community Villa Piana is it. I am so happy I found home here!
