My daughter and I have been living at Chelsea over a year and a half. We have no complaints. The community is relatively quiet. Of course there are kids, and kids play, but we have not had a bad experience in any way. Our apartment is roomy, and very up to date. Love the flooring and counter tops. And we love the lay out of the apartment. We have had very few maintenance issues, and they were handled promptly when reported... Like no later than the next day. Terry Jack, the manager has always been friendly and professional. No complaints.

I have truly enjoyed my experience so far with Chelsea apartments. Ladonna the property manager is super helpful and so sweet. I even had a little financial crisis and the property owners and Ladonna was very helpful and supportive in helping me get things back on track. I would truly recommend the property to anyone.
