THE BEST!!!! I am so happy to call Villa Rebecca (310 N Crescent Dr) my new home. The building is FANTASTIC! I toured so many places in Beverly Hills and LA and none compare to Villa Rebecca. The units are so spacious, clean and well maintained. The amenities including the pool, outdoor area and rooftop are spectacular. All the residents are so kind and friendly. The parking garage is so clean and spacious. Not to mention, the location is unbeatable, as it’s in such a great area. Best of all, Georgina the property manager is AMAZING!! She’s so kind and incredibly hard working. She goes above and beyond with everything in the building. She remembers every resident’s name, and is so remarkably friendly. She even helped me settle in to my new apartment explaining everything in such detail and giving amazing recommendations for places to see and check out in the area. BEST OF ALL - She made so many amazing adjustments to my apartment that I didn’t even need to request, such as new paint, improving shelving, and installing new kitchen cabinets. It was so nice of her!! I’ve lived in so many buildings across the country and have never had such an amazing manager. Don’t walk - RUN - to sign for a unit here, because they fill up units fast and for good reason. They’re the best of the best!!!!
