I lived here for two years and loved it! Extremely spacious apartment with great appliances and loved the fact that there are less units than many of the mega-complexes in the city. All of our work orders were handled promptly and effectively. All of the our neighbors were friendly and kind. Honestly I read through some of the negative reviews and my experience couldn't be further from what some of these people are complaining about. Shoutout to Allison and Darrell you guys were great and I loved living here. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a more quiet, laid-back, apartment complex.

I came here to visit a friend for the weekend. Their loft guest suite was amazing & such a luxurious add-on as an out of town guest. I loved the unit my friend lived in & he couldn’t stop raving about how much he loved this building & the apartment manager. I’d love to live here if I move to Nashville at some point. Great experience.
