Transom windows, skylights, and ceiling fan accentuate the living space of this studio apartment. This apartment has two large closets that provide ample space for storage for belongings. Take a soak in the full-sized tub that is included in the large bathroom. The kitchen area has a countertop island for dining and food preparation and provides extra storage (under the countertop). The apartment has newer appliances, which include a full-sized gas range/oven, energy-efficient refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Heat from an energy-efficient, direct-vent Rinnai heater, that runs on propane. Monthly rent is $1,325.00 which includes off-street parking in a nearby parking lot, water, and sewer. Utilities (propane, electricity, and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant. We require a one-year lease commitment. We will consider applicants who own a pet.
