I absolutely enjoy my new apartment! The apartment is extremely spacious with an updated/ remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, black appliances, a pantry and plenty of cabinet space. The community is quite, clean and I feel safe. The front office staff especially, Ms. Alma provide world-class customer service. Ms. Alma is attentive, focused and dedicated with ensuring that the current and future residents needs and/or concerns are addressed and met within a timely manner. She always has a smile on her face. As a prospective resident Ms. Alma took the time, never made me feel rushed, and took note of what I was looking for in my new future apartment. She must have shown me at least 6 different apartments in 4 different buildings and as I apologized for my indecisiveness Ms. Alma would smile and provide reassurance that it was her goal and pleasure to aide in my decision. Well, Ms. Alma did just that! She conquered the challenged. She recalled an apartment that was completed and scheduled to be listed the next morning as available and ready for move in. Ms. Alma located the keys to the apartment and as she opened the apartment door with a contagious smile she ecstatically said “this is your new apartment. This is what you have been looking for. When I saw this apartment I knew this was the one; it has your name written all over it.” She was absolutely correct! This apartment is what I had been visualizing, it had all the ‘must-haves’ on my list with additional bells and whistles; the apartment exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Ms. Alma for your time, patience and understanding as I searched for new place to call home. I greatly appreciate you.

Kim is always nice to us when she answers the phone she always get maintenance to go do the work orders. She has a nice personality when she went to show us our townhome she really showed us everything she didn't Skip One thing
