We love living at Jones and Rio. It is in a great location with a lot of amenities within walking distance. We love the management team and the maintenance team is always prompt and wonderful to work with. The gym is awesome, the pool is beautiful, and there’s free coffee in the front! Wish we could buy a condo here!

Only a few days have passed since my move-in, but the great vibe just keeps on coming at Jones and Rio. The property is located in a great part of downtown San Antonio, and has great access to various upbeat places including San Antonio River Walk and Pearl District. Their spacious/well-designed unit and extended amenities are rejuvenating. The level of responsiveness and caring of their staff members (both leasing office and maintenance team!) is just so exceptional; Deandra & Stephanie, I cannot appreciate enough your response and effort to get me settled into my beautiful unit from out of state. Thank you again.
