We loved living at Southline, location, security, prompt response to anything you may need answered or fixed. Always clean and managed so well. We will miss living at Southline at the Pearl. We lived at Southline for close to two years and was as wonderful the day we moved out as the day we moved in. Walks on the river walk right out our backdoor, walking to eat at restaurants downtown as well in the pearl area. The farmers market and all the cute boutiques at the Pearl. I could go on…

We’ve been enjoying our time at Southline! Moved in October and it’s been so great living at The Pearl, close to our favorite places. The team at Southline has been attentive when needed and although we haven’t attended, the community events have been plentiful and look fun. Our apartment is a wonderful floor plan and is a great space for my husband and I, and our two doggies! Living on the first floor in a downtown area, my only worry was about people passing by and safety, but there is great security on site as well as The Pearl’s security. The only thing I wish is they had a better variety of gym equipment but I can’t wait to use more of the outdoor amenities as the weather gets warmer. Thanks Southline for making our first downtown living experience a great one so far, and we’re excited for the New Year here. :)

Jennifer, Becca, Isabella, Joey & the entire staff make my residential experience way more enjoyable! Social events, networking, always communicating. Amenities are top notch. Highly recommend giving this place a look right next to the Pearl
Southline is amazing! Becca and Jennifer were always super responsive and helped with everything quickly and made things easy. Property was always clean and well maintained. Units are nice and location is unbeatable!
Long overdue review, as I have lived in for a few years and plan on staying a few more. The Pearl, the residential amenities, and being on the River Walk all make Southline an easy choice by itself, but what sets it apart from its competition is the people.
The property is very well taken care of, and a wide range of fun community events have been hosted by the amazing people at the office. DaNae is particularly pleasant to work with, and has helped me multiple times with random questions and requests.
Out of the various options to call home at The Pearl, this is the best!
The application process and move-in were a breeeeze. The girls were very welcoming and warm with my husband and I. They accommodated our every need and are always very helpful and friendly. I am so happy we moved down to the Pearl and live at Southline!!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the staff, Jennifer specifically, has been nothing but helpful and friendly. They guided me through the application process seamlessly and answered all my questions promptly.
The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The layout is well thought out, and the finishes are of high quality. I particularly love the open concept kitchen and living area, which is perfect for entertaining guests. The natural light that floods in through the large windows is a definite plus.
One of the standout features of this complex is the amenities. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines and free weights, making it easy to maintain an active lifestyle. I also appreciate the community lounge area, where I can relax, socialize, or even work remotely. The pool and outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained and provide a great place to unwind during the summer months.
The maintenance team deserves a special mention as well. Any issues or concerns I've had have been addressed promptly and efficiently. They are friendly, professional, and always ensure that everything is in working order.
