Wonderful place to live. I lived here before but moved and I've been in 2 other apartment complexes since being in San Antonio and then moved back here. The staff here are so sweet. The maintenance here is on point. The apartments here are great. There are no bug problems. Just overall a great experience living here!

Alright the only reason I give it a 5 star is because I love the staff and the neighborhood. Plus maintenance is awesome, always fixing my issues so quick. I do wish my 2nd floor apartment had no carpet because I have my toddler and potting training him is difficult with carpet. The only issue I do have is with the parking. I am currently paying for my reserved space and some tenants don't respect that, I've tried calling the security and no answer. But definitely I will be renewing my lease again.

*Watch for my last review coming soon!!
Where do I start? I've signed my third lease here and couldn't be happier!
The front office staff is OUTSTANDING! My every need has been taken care of like I was the most important person here. Always friendly with a warm smile and a hello!
The maintiance staff is amazing as well. Anything that has needed attention was addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Great neighbors, great facility and a friendly, caring, and courtious staff....what more could you ask for!
If your looking for a place to call home I would highly recommend Stonehill at Pipers Creek!
Update:
What can I say that hasn't been said.
Just signed ANOTHER extended lease! This is truly home. From the ladies in the office to the maintenance men they make you feel at home a huge shout out to David Sanchez, he is knowledgeable, polite, and always makes sure the job is done right..like you are someone special. The reason why? Its simple actually, at Stonehill at Pipers Creek you really are!
Thank you again!!!

We've been living here for years and it's been pretty horrible. They've "accidentally" tried to raise our rent despite our lease agreement. Plumbing has been broken in excess of three years, sometimes regularly pumping raw sewage all over our apartment and the management refusing to hire a plumber. The kicker was when the property manager MonicaSaIinas lied and told us the toxic fumes being pumped into our apartment (where our baby was sleeping) were safe. The repair men who were in the next apartment over told us she was lying through her teeth and even they had to wear industrial masks to avoid poisoning. It's just been one headache after another.
EDIT: But since October 2022, there's been new management and honestly... things are starting to look up here. For the first time in years, someone came by to check on our fire extinguisher and fire alarms. Last night a noisy neighbor was blasting tejano music at 11pm (like they do most nights) and for the first time ever, security came by and made them stop. I've NEVER seen that here before. I quit calling myself years ago. I'm cautiously optimistic that this place is finally turning around.
EDIT2: It's now January 2023. I have to say this apartment complex is night and day from what it used to be. The new management has totally turned it around. There used to be a criminal element here, people would get attacked, mailboxes were routinely broken into, cars broken into, etc. I see security around constantly, sometimes just patrolling. None of that crime has occurred since they took over. The maintenance tickets that used to take weeks or even months? I see them serviced in days, sometimes just hours - and they don't skimp. I needed a plumber, they got a plumber. Moreover, they've been doing landscaping around the area, cleaning things up, fixing busted apartments, etc. Under the old management there was a fire in a back building, and that big burnt out husk just sat there like a missing tooth. The new guys have had people out there working on it every day, even when the temperatures dropped to like 15 degrees. I cannot overstate how hard the new management has been working. I'm rescinding my one-star rating. Pipers Creek is a good place to live now.

This is my son's first apartment. He is very pleased. When I visit, the grounds are always kept up and aside from a bit of a parking issue (which is normal for apartments) I see no problems and feel my son is safe and all appliances work as they should.
This apartment and staff were wonderful. The only reason I left was because I wanted to move in with my boyfriend, who needed two bedrooms for his kids. The price was great. I never had to call maintenance because nothing ever broke down. The admin were always very nice and helpful and made the moving out process easy. Seriously considering moving back when our lease here is up. My one and only complaint would be that when the new management took over they redid the main office, taking out the pool table, the air hockey table, and replacing all the comfortable furniture with fancy, but very uncomfortable furniture.

I’ve live here for almost a year. It’s a big deal when you move in to a new neighborhood so for me I was scared that it would be a not so safe neighborhood or what If I get lousy or rude neighbors. However, these apartments proved me wrong I loved living in these apartments! It was such a good experience the staff was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed my time in Stonehill Pipers Creek sadly, I won’t be living here soon due to the fact that my family and I are moving into a house. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
Thank you the office staff and maintenance for replacing the stop safety is very important. The work orders submitted were done, completed in a timely manner. Again thank you.
I appreciate Lisa , the staff assisting with marking my reserve parking space. It's the small things that makes a difference to me.
I want to thank the staff and Maintenance in assisting with my kitchen getting flooded with water from the upstairs apartment making sure the area was dried out and repairing the ceiling. This all happen just before Thanksgiving.

Prompt maintenance, and helpful front desk staff! Complete turnaround from several years ago. New management is great, lots of improvements being made to the property.
