The apartments are in excellent condition with lovely wood floors, claw tub, luxury appliances including dishwasher, exposed brick fireplace, large glass modern armoires included, large eat in kitchen w/island, lots of natural light, large rear private deck, parking lot and ample street parking. There is easy access to already installed WIFI, which is professional grade, strong from all areas of the apartment and the rear covered deck.
