I love my new apartment! It's spacious and has high ceilings and a beautiful view. The office staff made move in very smooth and maintenance fixed items in the apartment very quickly. I had a very bad experience with my last apartment (which was my very first apartment) and The Pines is so relaxing for me now. It's gated and the community is nice and quiet and respectful of one another. I feel extremely safe here.

My daughter is studying in Dublin for the last two years of her college education and we settled on The Pines at Tuttle Crossing for her housing. Because we were securing her unit from a distance without being able to tour the community or see the unit in person, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Victoria and Faith in the leasing office were amazing in answering all my questions. They were responsive and courteous. When we arrived to move our daughter in, Victoria was in the office waiting for us with the final paperwork. Everything was easy and she helped us feel at ease. Our daughter's unit was way nicer than we expected! It's certainly better than my wife's and my first apartment! It was super clean and very well appointed. In the last few weeks, our daughter has told us the community seems safe and quiet. I like the gates that close in the evenings to help keep things more secure. Victoria even stopped by while we were moving in to see if we had any questions. We've also already received multiple emails and communications regarding events in the community and maintenance updates. I like that. More communication is always better than less. We look forward to the next few years that our daughter spends here. If things keep going like they have been, I'm sure we'll be very happy with The Pines!
