Cirby Oaks Apartments is tucked into a wonderful neighborhood in Roseville, CA. We lived here for 3 years and it was wonderful! Lois Lerch-Wehe is a fantastic landlord that is always readily available to help with anything we need. The only reason we have chosen to leave is to move to a home. Great place to live!
