I was at Parkline for almost three years, and during that time, Kelly has been my go-to person any assistance. From the moment of my arrival, Kelly made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. Any concerns I had and raised to the management team, she was always there to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Kelly’s dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.
It was unfortunate that I couldn't stay longer, but it was such a relief to have Kelly’s help during the stressful process. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, making my transition much easier. Kelly’s friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any issue, big or small, made my experience at Parkline exceptional.

I recently moved into ParkLine Miami and the experience could not have been easier. Sophia B. was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the quick and easy move-in process. She handled everything from start to finish and had me moved in within days of my initial tour. The building is great and everyone has been wonderful. Make sure you ask for Sophia when considering this building.

I've been living at ParkLine for some time now, and I'm really impressed with the continuous efforts the management team puts into enhancing our living experience.
Recently, they've updated the grills and dog parks, making them even more enjoyable. They also update the gym equipment from time to time, although there's still some equipment like The Jacob’s Ladder that needs repair, and they promised to add a straight barbell too. The air conditioning in the gym had also been an issue at times, but it seems like that problem has been resolved.
While these updates sometimes take a bit longer than expected, the fact that they do get done is appreciated.
One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the corridors and service areas (like the trash disposal rooms) could be cleaned more thoroughly and more frequently.
Overall, the the service team here is excellent—very pleasant and always willing to help.
I'm happy to call ParkLine my home!

From the very first inquiry to our move-in day, Ricardo was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He walked us through every step of the process, ensuring all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable with our new home.

I just want to say that this condo is the best one from any other condos I used to live. The vibe, the beauty, all the amenities and entertainments for residents are just perfect. Have been enjoying the parties arranged by Park Line and Yoga classes with Sam. And this place is soooo clean. I see every morning stuff who’s cleaning around. The only bad thing I noticed that residents don’t respect Park Line rules and walk with their pats in pet - free zones, that creat bad smell. My lease is ending on July and I’m going to miss this place so much. My apartment has the best view ever and lots of space💔

Been living here for several months now and Sophia was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire move in process and has continued to excel and be an amazing superstar here at Parkline. Having moved from across the country, I did a significant amount of research into all the neighboring properties, and found that this building by far offered the greatest value for the cost with excellent management, and property, maintenance staff. One of the rear buildings that is Not played with issues as commonly seen in the downtown Miami area. Constructed by Suffolk just a few years ago and well integrated with all south Florida train systems I highly recommend this building for its quality & location.
I moved in about two months ago and have loved it so far! Great amenities and location with easy access around the city with public transit. I would definitely recommend working with Julie if you plan on living here. She was amazing and went out of her way to make sure I got the apartment I wanted. 100% a place to checkout if you plan on living in the City!

Okay so just moved in so will speak to my experience so far
- one of the few buildings I toured in Miami where the leasing staff made me feel at home! If Kelly shows you around you’ll definitely end up staying
- experience I felt was very accommodating I had lots of questions as an expat that they really helped to navigate
- I will do a follow up review once I’ve been in the space for 6 months !
